I have over a decade of experience in the work discipline of global customer service and leadership. Throughout the years, I have seen the KPC training program built the confidence and honed the skills of our trainees in the highest standards. As the embodiment of a successful program, KPC welcomes the aspiring trainees to join us and taking on the challenge to become the next Komatsu Global Engineer.

I started my Komatsu journey as an STP trainee while still in university. Through the KPC training program, I gained invaluable technical skills that shaped my career. More importantly, I learned lessons applicable both professionally and in everyday life—such as teamwork, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
After graduating from the program, I was honored to become a Global Engineer (GE). Now, as an instructor for new trainees, I have the opportunity to pass on the knowledge and experiences that helped me grow. It’s been a rewarding journey, as Komatsu has provided me with the tools to succeed in my career and taught me how to approach challenges with a positive mindset.
