As a Global Engineer Trainee at Komatsu, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to train in Thailand on mining machines. During this training, I gained valuable technical knowledge and hands-on experience operating Komatsu products under the guidance of exceptional local and international instructors. This knowledge will be crucial in preparing us for future job sites. Moreover, this training not only focused on developing technical skills but also emphasized building connections with people from different countries and adapting to new environments. Choosing Komatsu is not just about selecting a job; it’s about joining a family that consistently welcomes and supports our growth.

The training experience at ATDC is crucial as it serves as our foundation for working with large machines and becoming global engineers who will travel the world in the future. Adapting to a new environment and culture was a significant aspect of our training in Thailand. Overall, the ATDC training was an excellent experience, where I gained not only the skills to operate large machines but also the ability to adapt and explore.
